Information you give us
Our quote request form and coverage calculator ask only for what we need to price and schedule guard coverage. When you submit the form we collect:
- Your name
- Company or property name
- Email address
- Phone number
- City or site location within the Dallas–Fort Worth area
- The type of site and coverage you selected in the calculator
- Anything you choose to write in the free-text notes field
The notes field is free text. Please do not enter sensitive personal information there — such as government ID numbers, financial account details, or health information. We do not need it to quote your site.

- IP address
- Browser type and device information
- Pages visited and buttons or links used on this site
- The advertising campaign, search keyword, or referring website that brought you here, including Google click identifiers and campaign tags in the page address
How we use your information

- Schedule and carry out site walks and guard coverage

Sharing your information

Specifically, this website shares measurement data with Google Analytics and Google Ads. What is shared is limited to which pages and buttons were used, and whether a form was submitted or a call link was tapped. The name, email address, phone number, company, and notes you enter in the quote form are never sent to Google or to any advertising platform. Form submissions themselves are stored in our own hosted database and are accessible only to International Security Services staff.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use this site and to measure the results of our advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or certain cookies.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a consent banner and are not measured unless they accept. Everyone can change that choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page.
Data retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. As a general practice:
- Quote requests that do not become clients: retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Records relating to active or former client accounts: retained for the life of the contract and for as long afterward as our contractual, insurance, tax, and Texas Department of Public Safety licensing obligations require.
- Website analytics data: retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the rights to:

- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications
How to request access or deletion
Email info@iisecurity.com with the subject line “Privacy request,” or write to us at the address in section 12. Tell us what you want — a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion — and include the name, email address, or phone number you used so we can locate your record.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 10 business days and to complete them within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we may need to keep certain records where law, an active contract, or our licensing obligations require it. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
Data security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of storage is completely secure.
Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Children’s privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
